Integral Psychology
Integral psychology is a holistic approach to understanding human nature and psychological well-being that seeks to integrate various perspectives from psychology, spirituality, and philosophy. This approach recognizes that humans are complex, multidimensional beings with multiple facets such as cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual, and that a well-rounded understanding of the self requires consideration of all these aspects. Integral psychology emphasizes personal growth and self-awareness, and often draws from Eastern spiritual traditions, such as yoga and meditation, as well as Western psychological theories. The aim of integral psychology is to help individuals develop a sense of wholeness and fulfillment, and to promote psychological well-being and optimal functioning in all aspects of life.
