    Freedom from Anxiety

    In Collaboration with Gnostic Center ‘Freedom from Anxiety’ is a 2-week course under ICIS stream of Self-Development. The course teaches you how to attract a solution to the problems that make you anxious, instead of fretting for an answer. It helps you gain insights into the source of Anxiety, and why one feels anxious. It offers you tools to identify and overcome anxiety in yourself.
